More than 200 councils have been scolded for failing to account for their spending of Government funding given to help them deal with COVID outbreaks.
The UK Health Security Agency has threatened to investigate the allocation given to dozens of councils that missed an initial deadline for submitting completed Contain Outbreak Management Fund returns.
