Lack of progress in Croydon's housing turnaround

Croydon LBC has been slammed by an independent report for lack of progress in dealing with problems in its housing department.

The damning report comes a year after media reports revealed the ‘shocking and unacceptable state’ of the council’s homes and ‘appalling treatment’ of its tenants.
