Minister eyes council intervention

The Northern Ireland communities minister has said she will not hesitate to intervene in troubled Mid and East Antrim BC.

Police are investigating alleged criminal activity at the council in a controversy thought to be linked to the withdrawal of staff conducting Brexit checks at Larne Port over security fears.
