Modular housing is a ‘game changer’ that could deliver 75,000 homes a year and create 50,000 new jobs, a report from experts has claimed.
The report, Build Homes, Build Jobs, Build Innovation, claims to be a blueprint for a housing-led industrial strategy.
It called for the Government to embrace modular construction to boost the economy, resolve the housing crisis and produce 40% less carbon emissions than traditional construction.
