More change to come in 2015

The last 12 months have seen another significant period of change in local authority administration, with the prolonged impact of the welfare reforms and the digital by default agenda both putting new pressures on back office teams. 

No matter the outcome of May’s election, we can expect 2015 to create the same, if not more significant, challenges.
