Move to delete chief executive post 'politically motivated'

The Labour opposition leader at Hertsmere BC has branded proposals to delete the authority’s chief executive post as ‘politically motivated’.

Jeremy Newmark claimed the move was an attempt to make chief executive Donald Graham, who has been on sick leave since July, a ‘scapegoat for political shortcomings’.
