'Much more to do' to improve quality of Northamptonshire CC services

There is ‘much more to do’ to improve the quality of Northamptonshire CC’s services, two Government-appointed commissioners have told Whitehall.

Delivering their latest update report, lead commissioner Tony McArdle and finance commissioner Brian Roberts highlighted continuing issues with member-officer relations, the handling of complaints and children’s services.
