Her Majesty the Queen’s passing has left a profound impact on our communities and it has been incredibly moving to see people across the country come together to mourn her loss. The Queen’s continuous hard work, dedication and loyalty was clear to see throughout her life.
On behalf of all councils in England and Wales, I expressed our sincere condolences to the whole Royal Family and wrote to His Majesty the King following the sad news.
