PAC: Cuts pose threat to personalised care

Local authorities cannot fully personalise care while making savings, MPs have warned. 

A report by the cross-party public accounts committee today claimed users’ outcomes would be ‘adversely affected’ as funding cuts and wage pressures within the sector continued to mount.
