Place-shaping with a Flourish!

At the recent inaugural Nesta Government Innovation Summit 2019, I was invited by The MJ to write a few words about an innovative board/card game designed by Nesta in conjunction with Digital Liberties to promote the imagining of collaborative place-shaping via their ShareTown project.

Called Flourish!, it invited six  participants to take on various place-shaping roles chosen at random. These included characters such as council chief executive, university vice chancellor, community activist, police superintendent, etc.
