Pop up parking 'could help recovery'

The Government has urged councils to consider providing pop up parking on the outskirts of urban areas to help the recovery from coronavirus.

A government spokeswoman suggested the way parking was managed ‘could play an important part in the recovery process in helping people avoid public transport’.
