Positive results found for axed project

A report has revealed a since-scrapped Essex CC initiative led to a dramatic drop in children needing to go into care or custody.

The report by the University of Oxford’s Rees Centre highlighted the impact of multi-systemic therapy (MST) in helping keep young people out of care.
