Education should be at the heart of the levelling up agenda, according to the influential Northern Research Group (NRG) and think tank the Centre for Progressive Policy (CPP).
In a joint report released today, the two groups have ‘demanded’ the government use the levelling up white paper and the spending review to deliver for disadvantaged communities.
