Reorganisation row spreads to Lincolnshire

The row over local government reorganisation has spread to Lincolnshire after the county council announced it would hold a referendum on the issue.

Lincolnshire CC said abolishing all eight councils in the county and replacing them one unitary council could save up to £150m in the first five years.
