Residents’ satisfaction with councils decreases

Residents’ satisfaction with their council has ‘significantly decreased,’ Local Government Association (LGA) research has found.

Overall satisfaction in the latest poll was 66% – down from 71% of respondents who were very or fairly satisfied in September 2015 – with satisfaction with services and support for children and young people coming in at 46%.
