Neil Shaw has been appointed chief executive of Rossendale BC.
He is currently strategic director at Great Yarmouth BC and held senior roles in local government across the country, including Bradford City Council, Redbridge LBC and North West Leicestershire DC, and several years as an senior adviser and programme manager at the Local Government Association.
