A multi-million pound dispute means Cornwall Council and the NHS Kernow care commissioning group (CCG) have yet to sign off their Better Care Fund (BCF) plan for this year.
In a report to a meeting of the health and wellbeing board today, council officers proposed a timetable for ensuring that the dispute is settled by Christmas so the board can approve the plan for submission to NHS England.
