Row over York chief departure

A row has erupted over the departure of York City Council’s chief executive.

Labour councillor Pete Kilbane has accused Lib Dem council leader Keith Aspden of not answering questions about reports that Mary Weastell may have taken an early retirement settlement of £400,000.
