Seven counties are expected to be among a swathe of non-mayoral devolution deals being lined up by the Government.
Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Surrey and Warwickshire are all thought to be among those set to be offered the deals with devolution expected to receive a further boost in today’s Autumn Statement.
