Shared values breed success

We were delighted to learn that adult social care services in Redbridge topped the iMPOWER productivity rankings. We are proud of the high levels of user satisfaction we delivered, despite the low levels of Government funding received.

It is tempting to try to trace our success to a single transformation, breakthrough project or model, but that isn't how we do things. Instead we think our productivity is the result of patient sustained effort over the past few years.
