An independent taskforce has again urged Kensington & Chelsea LBC (RBKC) to bolster its senior capacity to support operational delivery despite resistance from the council.
Local government secretary James Brokenshire today added his concerns that the council’s leadership does not have the ‘capacity and capability to deliver the recovery strategy and withstand the anticipated pressures of the public inquiry’.
