Like many rural and northern authorities, we seem to lose a lot of our bright young people to bigger cities so we’re looking to reduce the talent drain.
Alongside this work we have been focusing on attracting and retaining more families to live in Craven and the Yorkshire Dales National Park and it’s been great to see some real progress with those initiatives in recent months
