New approaches to town centre regeneration offer inspiration in the age of levelling up. We are in the midst of a ‘once-in-a-generation’ process of renewing the high street that will see lasting change with local landscapes.
How local authorities navigate this often complex process is the clever bit as it is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
