Under-fire council's interim boss to leave after criticism

Under-fire Northamptonshire CC’s interim chief executive has agreed to leave the council after he was criticised in an independent inspector’s report.

Government-commissioned inspector Max Caller last week criticised Damon Lawrenson for being abroad when the council issued a Section 114 last month.
