Union hits out at salary rises for Serco bosses

The Public and Commercial Services union has branded pay rises for senior staff at outsourcing firm, Serco, as a ‘scandal’.

The general secretary of the Public and Commercial Services union has branded pay rises for senior staff at outsourcing firm, Serco, as a ‘scandal'.

Mark Serwotka said the increases, which include an 18% rise for Serco chief executive, Chris Hyman, and 7% for finance director, Andrew Jenner, were ‘obscene'.
