'Very little room for error' in Northamptonshire stabilisation plan

Northamptonshire CC’s stabilisation plans leaves ‘very little room for error,’ the council’s improvement board has warned.

The plan does not deal with a £35m legacy deficit from 2017/18, which the council hopes to recover by winning permission from the Government to use capital receipts.
