Wales' economy minister has said he would consider funding bids from a new council partnership that crosses the Welsh and English border.

Despite the potential for some of the financial benefit to go to councils in England, Vaughan Gething told The MJ there was ‘no ideological barrier' to such funding bids being considered by the Welsh Government.
