As one of many district councils which has not declared that it needs little or no development and which has pressed on with serious plan-making, we’ve hit a bit of a snag. That’s an understatement.
Nearly two years after submitting our local plan and some way through its examination, we’re the latest district to reflect on a letter from our inspectors that points to the absence of a meaningful strategic planning perspective to help us.
