Whiteman wades into report row

The chief executive of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) has waded into a row over the publication of a lessons learned report.

In a post on LinkedIn, Rob Whiteman said the report assessing whether CIPFA had learnt lessons from the failed London Counter-Fraud Hub (LCFH) project should not be made available to members.
