Who will protect us from the bullies?

Bullying reports are coming in from every part of the public sector. I didn’t imagine the NHS, Local Government, and Houses of Parliament were immune but I did assume they operated to a higher standard.

Is bullying more prevalent or is it that people are more willing to report it and less willing to tolerate it? I would like to think so but suspect that austerity has changed the way managers manage and not in a good way.
