Why stewardship and regeneration go hand-in-hand

For all the talk of wanting to regenerate our urban areas and level up the country, we have a problem: to do this, the traditional model of development – the status quo – just doesn’t cut it.

And that is especially true when you are trying to do it at scale. At Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council, the newest and tenth largest urban local authority in England, we are home to thriving and diverse communities where the quality of life is outstanding.
