With Brexit dominating the headlines, devolution has taken a back seat in recent months.

But with the cobwebs being blown off the reorganisation agenda with the ‘minded’ decision in Dorset, and growing talk by ministers of finally producing the promised ‘common devolution framework’, this could be about to change.
