It’s been a fascinating first year in local government.
I know that I’m assimilating to the sector, as I now write emails addressed to ‘Dear colleagues’. I’m also enjoying it immensely; the variety, the quality of the people, and the ability to see results quickly all add up to a rewarding experience.
