ADASS: Green paper to 'jump-start' care finance debate

This summer's social care green paper will 'jump-start' the debate on making the sector financially sustainable, minister Caroline Dinenage has pledged.

 

Speaking at the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services spring seminar today, Ms Dinenage said the debate in the run-up to last year's General Election had been 'a bit of an eye-opener' in terms of revealing the public's knowledge and understanding of care.
