Another week of guessing games is time wasted

Endless arguments about the Brexit deal and May’s premiership just shows that there is more than a grain of truth in the cliché about a week being a long time in politics.

To those who work and live in our cities, another week of guessing games about who will or will not stay the course in Westminster is another week wasted in getting to grips with the worsening challenges facing places up and down the country.
