Bennett: Old parties have run out of ideas

Only political will is needed to find enough money to pay for ‘vital council services,’ Green leader Natalie Bennett said as she launched her party’s local election campaign today.

The party has put up some 1,500 candidates for the election on 5 May but is not considered a major contender.
