Suffolk CC has spent around £100,000 of taxpayers' money promoting a single county unitary to residents in the last two months, the council's official opposition has claimed.
Members of the Green, Lib Dem and independent group at the council said costs included a county-wide leaflet campaign, advertisements and a website.
