Healthy life expectancy varies within the UK by as much as it does between here and Sudan, according to a new index ranking local and combined authorities on inclusive growth.
The CPP (Centre for Progressive Policy) Inclusive Growth Communities Index reveals a range of more than 16 years between the top and bottom local authorities for healthy life expectancy.
