Call for ground-up approach to carbon reduction

The Government must ‘match the ambition of communities’ on reducing carbon emissions, a think-tank has said.

This week the number of mayors and council leaders signed up to UK100’s net-zero pledge reached 88, committing them to neutralising local authority emissions by 2030 and area-wide emissions by 2045.
