Call for place-based Spending Review

The Treasury should develop a new national place-based Spending Review, the independent Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) charity has argued.

Under the plan, the total amount of public sector spending and investment would be attributed to places rather than departmental siloes.
