The Government has announced that everyone sleeping rough this winter will be offered a ‘route off the streets if they need it'.
Prime Minister Andy Burnham, who has pledged to end rough sleeping, said the country could ‘do it again' after councils got ‘everyone in' during the Covid pandemic.
