Writing in The MJ this week, head of Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) benefit consulting at Hymans Robertson, Ian Colvin, suggested staff losses had been exacerbated by the recent boom in homeworking, which means ‘good staff can be employed from anywhere in the country'.
