A cross-party coalition representing 27 mid-sized regional British cities has called for the next Government to reintroduce local housebuilding targets.

A cross-party coalition representing 27 mid-sized regional British cities has called for the next Government to reintroduce local housebuilding targets.

Chair of Key Cities, John Merry, said the removal of local housebuilding targets was ‘starting to have a huge impact on the national figure' and was ‘exacerbating the housing crisis at a time where we are facing unprecedented levels of homelessness'.
