Capita defends record on treatment of workers

Capita has defended its treatment of workers after being labelled the worst major employer in the UK.

The company was placed last in the Centre for Progressive Policy (CPP) think-tank’s Good Employer Index of the 25 biggest employers in the country, which included major banks, Government departments and retailers.
