Care Act easements 'politicised'

A ‘sense of injustice’ among adult care directors has been detailed in a report on the use of easements in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The report by the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) examined the use of easements on requirements in the Care Act introduced to relieve pressure on councils during the crisis.
