‘Challenges’ remain despite Brexit funding

Concerns remain about the looming end of the Brexit transition period despite councils receiving £10m to aid preparations.

The unringfenced grants announced this week were gratefully received by authorities including Epping Forest DC, where an ‘inland border facility’ is to be constructed on a former Second World War airfield.
