A council chief executive has condemned the action of campaigners who sent emails to planning officers suggesting they would lose their jobs.
The Fews Lane Consortium campaign group has asked the Government to put South Cambridgeshire DC’s planning department in special measures after claiming it was not meeting targets for processing applications – something denied by the council.
