Compulsory purchase changes a 'slippery slope'

A row has broken out in the House of Lords over proposed changes to compulsory purchase orders (CPOs).

Debate on the Government’s Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill this week focused on changes that could mean CPOs are made for below market price in some circumstances.
