Consensus building around new funding formulae

Consensus is building around a number of service areas for which the sector believes there should be a specific formula after the fair funding review.

A Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government paper to a meeting last week revealed a significant number of respondents to a Whitehall consultation had suggested there should be specific formulae for public health, housing and homelessness, and corporate costs and democratic services.
