Cornwall devolution 'could provide blueprint'

Cornwall councillors have backed proposals to make an agreement with the Government to secure more devolved powers over transport, housing and economic growth.

Council leader John Pollard said the county had the opportunity to develop a devolution deal that could provide a blueprint for other areas.
